Trend Alert: Ombre Lips

Ombre has been EVERYWHERE these past two years.  We first saw it in Fashion, then Hair (Lauren Conrad was the first person I saw rocking Ombre Hair), and now Makeup!

Ombre Lip Colors were all over this season's runways. It's a great way to, not only look fashion forward, but also give you the appearance of bigger, more defined lips.

The Key to this look is to take a Darker Shade and apply it All Over the lips, then put a Lighter Tone in the Center to reflect light, creating the appearance of fuller lips!

Find two contrasting colors that are in the same family, such as:
  • Red & Pink
  • Red & Orange
  • Orange & Pink
  • Purple & Pink
  • Purple & Red
  • Wine & Red
  • Burgundy & Red

Revlon Just Bitten LipStain + Balm in Victorian and Wet n Wild Lipstick C901B

To create this look:
I applied Revlon's Just Bitten LipStain + Balm in the color Victorian, which is a Reddish/Pink shade, all over my lips

I then applied Wet n Wild's Lipstick in C901B, which is a light/baby pink, color in the center.

What do you think of this look? Will you be trying it?
